A partir de hoy estamos publicando Avisos Públicos de Vulnerabilidades que detectemos o nos sean reportadas y que consideramos son de interés público. En la misma línea de lo que se hace con CVE, pero en este caso, para incidentes que por alguna razón no se puedan publicar en CVE o cuyo ámbito se considere más local.
Proponemos el siguiente formato:
APV-YYMMDD###
APV- : Prefijo fijo
YY : Año, dos dígitos, ejm: 19 para 2019
MM : Mes, dos dígitos, ejm: 02 para febrero
DD : Día del mes, dos dígitos, ejm: 08
### : Secuencial por día, inicia en 001.
Entonces, APV-190208010 será el décimo aviso público de vulnerabilidad publicado el 8 de febrero de 2019.
Planeamos plantear esta iniciativa para uso común dentro de csirt.ec.

Starting today we will be publishing Public Vulnerabilities Announcements or APV (by its initials in Spanish) that we detect or be reported to us and that we consider are of public interest. In the same line of what is done with CVE, but in this case, for incidents that for some reason can not be published in CVE or considered as of local scope.
We propose the following format

APV- : Fixed prefix
YY : Year, two digits, e.g.: 19 for 2019

### : Sequential per day, starts at 001.
Therefore, APV-190208010 will be the tenth public notice of vulnerability published on February 8, 2019.
We plan to propose this initiative for common use within csirt.ec.
